Try it on it's own as a glorious pudding, with your favourite fruit, or layer it up to this delectable parfait.
RECIPE
You'll Need
- 1/4 Cup Glorious Organic Chia Seed
- 1/4 Cup Plant Mylk
- 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
- 1 Tbs Glorious Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbs Protein Powder (we used chocolate vegan protein)
- 1-3 Tbs Coconut yoghurt (optional)
- 1/2 Cup thawed or fresh berries (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
METHOD
- In a small mixing bowl or serving bowl, mix together your organic cacao powder, chia seed, protein powder and psyllium husk.
- Now it's time to work quickly, by adding your plant mylk and stir to combine.
- Add your boiling water and stir vigorously until it starts to thicken. Add extra water if you like an oozier pudding.
- For the parfait, simply combine your berries in another bowl with vanilla and maple to taste.
- Now layer with your fruit, coconut yoghurt and choc chia pudding for the perfect, healthy and glorious parfait!
